PROOF
Built on a working commercial farm.
First production cycle begins 7 August 2026.
Shengara is developed and validated on our own six-hectare commercial demonstration farm and AI laboratory in Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia — one of the most water-constrained agricultural environments on earth.
On 7 August 2026, our first commercial tomato production begins: multiple varieties, on an AI-guided cycle, with every recommendation logged against what actually happened.
ENGINEERING PRINCIPLE
We are not adapting a platform built for temperate glasshouses and hoping it transfers to heat and water scarcity. We are building where the constraint is hardest.
MILESTONES
Where we are today
- Six-hectare commercial demonstration farm and AI laboratory, founder-funded, operational
- First commercial production cycle begins 7 August 2026
- Winner, Global Prize for Innovation in Water 2025 — one of fourteen selected from over 2,500 global submissions
- Selected into the TAQADAM accelerator at KAUST
- A team combining 30 years of large-scale commercial agronomy with 25 years of enterprise AI in regulated industries
Not another dashboard. Not another report. Decisions, ready to implement:
↳ Hold irrigation until this evening.
↳ Reduce this cycle's volume.
↳ Fertigate tomorrow morning, not today.
What comes next
Independent A/B field trials measuring Shengara's recommendations against conventional practice: marketable yield per cubic metre of water, energy and fertiliser per kilogram, and gross margin per square metre.
We will publish what we find, whatever it shows.
TRUST
Technology only creates value when growers trust it.
Your data stays yours.
You own your operational data. Shengara holds a licence to use it to improve your farm's digital twin, and retains only anonymised, aggregated learning that improves the platform for everyone on it. No individual farm's data is ever shared with another farm, a supplier or a buyer. The terms are in every agreement, in plain language, before you commit to anything.
No rip-and-replace.
Shengara is hardware-neutral. It sits above whatever control system you already run. No new equipment, no vendor lock-in.
We don't replace your agronomist.
We give them a memory that spans every cycle, and the time to work on what matters rather than guessing what a sensor reading means.
